These terms govern access to CaseLab, a digital case interview preparation product that provides mock interviews, drills, AI-generated feedback, and progress tracking.

CaseLab is an interview preparation tool. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, admissions, employment outcomes, or any particular score or performance result.
CaseLab may offer free access, paid bundles, subscriptions, or other digital products. The current paid product is a 12-month Case Interview Prep Plan that provides unlimited cases, feedback reports, structuring drills, and progress features.
Digital access is delivered through the CaseLab web app. There are no physical goods or shipping.
Prices, taxes, and checkout terms are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and you agree to their applicable checkout terms.
For the Case Interview Prep Plan, refund requests are generally eligible within 48 hours of purchase if you have not started Case 2. See the Refund Policy for details.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including interview responses. You grant CaseLab permission to host, process, transcribe, analyze, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
AI-generated feedback may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently evaluating feedback and deciding how to use it.
CaseLab, including its software, case materials, interview flows, feedback formats, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by CaseLab or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for interview preparation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, cases, pricing, or access terms. We try to keep CaseLab reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
CaseLab is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.
